I began my eco journey as an affiliate for a business that sadly closed but I just knew my eco journey wasn't over. I have learnt so much about the environment and the impact we have on our planet since starting out and it has really opened my eyes and helped me make more sustainable choices.

I also quickly became aware of eco-shaming and have been a victim of this myself. Eco-shaming is when someone negatively comments on changes you've made and makes you feel like you aren't doing enough and that you should be living a "perfect" eco lifestyle. This isn't always possible, affordable or achievable! My aim is to celebrate every change, spread positivity and help people with achievable changes.
